Do you like it? I still prefer the noirish ones, but it's growing on me, and it seems to be getting good feedback.

it seems to be getting good feedback. the posters, yeah. but they're hitting YOU with shameless name insults: emilie de raven is in it!!! other than that, i won't go and see anything by a guy who's name is "Rian" coming from a guy who calls himself chickychow, thats gotta hurt. p.s i really like them. but does your decision not have any sway as far as the posters go?

I remember much preferring the illustrated style ones, and actually thinking the ripped paper ones were pretty naff, but they’ve certainly grown on me. (maybe not having a direct comparison before my eyes helps). But I like them.

I quite like them but then I just want to see anything from Brick in public, preferably with my name in tinny writing at the bottom

I found them odd, but good. Odd because its promotional material, and I would have thought that whoever was in charge would have wanted the casts images on the posters, even if it was only Joe...
See that would have been good.
5 posters, 4 ripped out people (like they are) and the fifth of Joe but not torn....because everything around him is a mystery...
I think its an original and brave move to have a poster that isnt shouting hey look who we've got....well, whilst I wouldnt call the cast household names (at least not in england) most people know Joe, and the others are recognisable for the most part.
I guess its once again a testament to you and the film, Rian, that theyre not trying to sell it on the basis of whos in it or any of the usual crap tactics that say, Micheal Bay or McG would use....theyre confident in the film.
Shit, that was a ramble.

I really like them. And I don't like anything.
I didn't see the original noirish ones, so I can't compare; but I think they make a strong impact in series.
Very impactual.

I should specify it is the images/layout and not the typography that I like.

So, my roommate and I went to see The Matador on Saturday. And guess what preview they showed?! Brick!!! I think the people around me thought I was a bit too excited about it, but hey - it was so much fun to see it!
